Sometimes necessary repairs and capital or cosmetic improvements in communities go beyond the scope of day-to-day maintenance. If your co-op, condo, or HOA has a special project, we can help to oversee it.
Our Team
Our in-house construction management team consists of experienced project managers who are familiar with the complex nature of managing major projects.

Why Should Communities Enlist the Help of Construction Managers Before and During a Major Project or Repair?
There are a lot of moving parts involved in taking on any major repairs or projects in a community association. This requires a person or team to oversee the details from start to finish. From the facilitation of the project itself to communication with homeowners, shareholders, and residents, it is critical that these types of projects are managed to ensure maximum efficiency, transparency, and proper use of time and budget.
