New Health and Safety Protocol in Our Office

In response to the coronavirus pandemic and New York State re-opening businesses, we have made several adjustments to our office in compliance with state requirements and the CDC. The safety of our clients and employees is and continues to be a main priority at Einsidler Management, Inc., and at the communities we manage.

Our office now includes many updates for the health and safety of our clients and staff, which include but are not limited to:

  • Plexiglass barriers (i.e.– barriers on the conference table for closings, plexiglass at reception, etc.).
  • Two CASPR (Continuous Air & Surface Pathogen Reduction) Pro Mobile devices that have the capability of reducing pathogens, viruses, bacteria, and mold at a rate of 99% effectiveness. They are ASTM approved and are installed in the Vestibule area and the Back-Office area.
  • High-efficiency Dyson Air Purifiers are utilized within the conference room, front vestibule area, and general back-office area; they each contain HEPA filtration and activated charcoal for a high degree of air purification to rid our environment of active pollutants and airborne dust particles.
  • Upgraded technology and equipment that promotes a smoother work-from-home scenario for all our employees. These upgrades will enable our team to adhere to state max-capacity requirements but will also provide our team with additional agility in the event of a snowstorm, hurricane, or unpredicted emergency.
  • Social distancing enforcement throughout our office and at closings.
    • We will only be permitting a maximum of 6 people in our conference room for closings and meetings.
    • A maximum of 5 people will be permitted in the vestibule at any time. All chairs are spaced out in our office to adhere to social distancing.
    • Stricter entry and exit policies (flow of foot traffic) to promote social distancing.
    • Hand sanitizer stations throughout the office.
    • Mask use enforcement throughout the common areas of the office.

We will be making adjustments and changes to our safety measures as needed and as the state and CDC advise us to do so. We appreciate your cooperation, whether it’s in your home and community association, or in our office.
