Be Ready in the Event of a Coronavirus Spike in New York

  • Stock up on basic supplies for your home such as cold and flu medications, pantry items, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and anything else you may need if you get sick. You do not need to panic buy items, but it may be wise to take inventory of what your household needs ahead of time.
  • Have a plan in place for your family. Have a list of doctors, hospitals, test kits, and emergency contacts at the ready in case you or a member of your household gets sick.
  • Update your payment methods with us. Go digital by enrolling in E-Billing and ClickPay if you have not already done so. This will eliminate the need to send in or deliver a physical check. These features also offer easier record-keeping for homeowners and shareholders. For information and instructions on our payment options and features visit our FAQS: Payment Options page.
  • Make sure management has your updated contact information. Some community associations utilize email and robocalls to communicate, so make sure you are on those lists if they do. You can also submit a census form to us so that we can update our records.
  • Notify management of any alternate addresses and let us know if you plan to stay at an alternate address for an extended period of time.
