ClickPay is an easy and secure option for paying your monthly maintenance/common charges and other charges online. Here is how you can use this service:
How to Register for ClickPay:
- Visit the Einsidler Management, Inc. ClickPay portal. Bookmark the ClickPay portal in your preferred web browser for later use.
- Click “Register” and create your online profile with ClickPay. Link your unit using the account number found on your monthly statement.
- Add your preferred payment option (Please note: e-check is FREE, the credit card option has an additional fee).
- Set up automatic payments or click “Pay Now” to make one-time monthly payments.*
*Please note that you need to account for a few days for your payment to post. Otherwise, you will be charged a late fee. *
Register for Paperless Billing in ClickPay:
If you use ClickPay, you can view a summary of your statement through the ClickPay portal. However, if you would like to receive a paperless bill via email every month, you can do so by changing your delivery preferences in ClickPay. The sender will be ebillhelp@einsidler.com.
If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder, and make sure it is white-listed for future email deliveries. If you know that you made this email address a “safe sender,” but still do not receive an email bill, contact us.
