How Einsidler Management, Inc. Communicates with Homeowners, Shareholders, and Residents

Depending on which community you live in, you may receive traditional mail, emails, texts, or a combination of all three. Management communicates will all shareholders, homeowners, and residents as needed for day-to-day communications, emergencies, and even newsletters. Unfortunately, we cannot control how mail and phone services such as Google, Outlook, etc. handle or label and filter what is and isn’t “spam.” Fortunately, you can manage your own spam preferences on your phone, tablet, or computer.

Enrolling in Communications

Current or New Homeowners & Shareholders

Did you enroll in communications? If not, please complete our emergency contact form and be sure to check off the section that asks for your communication preferences. This is optional, but we highly recommend opting-in so that we can inform you with important information when needed.

We will send day-to-day communications that are specific to your community, and/or seasonal newsletters.

Prospective Residents, Neighboring Community Members, Etc.

You are welcome to sign up for our email newsletter to receive seasonal tips, resources, and more!

Email Communication

Check Your Spam Folder

If you are already enrolled in email communications or newly added, please check your spam folder for any messages from Einsidler Management, Inc.. If you experience that our emails are constantly going into your spam folder, you will need to go to your spam folder and hit “Allow” in your spam folder preferences. Additionally, we recommend that you add our email address into your contacts list. This will also help prevent any communications from going to spam.

Robocalls & Texting

Robocalls

If you do not pick up the phone when a robocall comes in, they will always go to your voicemail. If calls are coming in as “Potential Spam” or you simply do not recognize the number, let it go to voicemail. Then, you can check your voicemail to verify that the message is from management.

Next, we recommend adding the phone number to your phone’s contact list for next time. Name the contact something like “Einsidler Management Communications” or “(Property Name) Communications” so that you know it’s from management for next time.

Texting

Each property that utilizes texting has a unique phone number dedicated to texting. If you have any questions on this, or are unsure if a message is spam, you can contact your property manager or our main office.

Please note that if your phone settings block texts from unknown senders, you may not receive our communications via text.
