Board Members
We partner with the elected community members who volunteer to serve on the board within their co-op, condo, or HOA. Our management team works closely with this group of homeowners and shareholders to advocate for the best interests of the community.
Homeowners, Shareholders, & Residents
Property managers address incoming work orders for common areas (or additional spaces that are not the owner’s responsibility). Our sales department and accounts receivable department are also available to facilitate sales and billing processes.
Additional Real Estate Professionals & Vendors
We collaborate with other home and real estate industry professionals to oversee the management and maintenance of co-op, condo, and HOA communities (i.e.- vendors, accountants, and attorneys).

Frequent Communication
Communications via email, robocall, text, or traditional mail are offered based on the needs of your co-op, condo, or HOA.
On Call 24/7 for Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, property managers are available after our normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM, excluding major holidays).
Convenient Maintenance
In-house maintenance and repair services are available to all communities that we manage that wish to utilize these additional services.
Regular Onsite Visits
Property managers conduct regular onsite visits to the community (Full-time or part-time onsite managers can be assigned based on the size and scope of services required by a community).
Bespoke Services
We believe that every community is unique. Therefore, we customize our full suite of services to the needs and size of your community.

Online Work Orders
Clients can use our online work order form to reach any department or submit a work order. Additionally, residents have the option to call our office or contact their property manager directly.

Our office is located in Melville, New York, which makes it easy for our management team to access properties across Nassau County and Suffolk County.
